SC Aims to Become the Number 1 Brand in Single Detached Houses, Heavily Investing 25 Billion Baht Over 2 Years
Announcing Stable Liquidity and Readiness in All Aspects, Building on the Record Sales Achieved in 2020 Despite Market Challenges

Mr. Natthapong Khunakaravong, CEO of SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited (SC), a leader in Living Solutions Provider, revealed the company's success in 2020, a year of challenges, stating, "The company achieved record sales in horizontal properties, totaling 14.757 billion baht, a growth of 37% (y-o-y), with total sales reaching a new record of 16.602 billion baht. This resulted in SC's market share in single detached houses increasing to 26%, making it the number 1 brand for houses priced over 10 million baht."

He also announced the business direction for 2021-2022, emphasizing SC's readiness in a Fully-Loaded manner, aiming to become the number 1 brand in single detached houses with three key strategies:
1. Ready Land
Investing 25 billion baht over the next two years (2021-2022) to acquire more than 30 plots of land and aggressively developing horizontal projects across all price ranges throughout Bangkok and its vicinity.
2. Strong Liquidity
SC has robust liquidity with over 10 billion baht in cash and available credit, alongside a reduced debt level of D/E 1.38, down from D/E 1.58 in 2019.
3. Ready Products
Focusing on product development based on the brand philosophy 'For Good Mornings' to create a better morning for every customer, emphasizing three main areas: Design, Technology, and Living Solutions to meet customer needs in the new normal era and support increased activities within homes:
- Design For Good Mornings through SC's 'Homes For All' concept.
Developing homes across all price ranges with functions suitable for all generations to accommodate increased home living and diverse activities together harmoniously.
SC will launch a special series of homes under the concept 'One Size Doesn’t Fit All', featuring adaptable homes according to lifestyle, including two models: Single Person Homes and SoU-21 Homes, debuting at the Venue Rama 9 project.
- Technology For Good Mornings
Developing technology for comfortable, worry-free homes for the future, focusing on three areas:
The Brain of the Home
Helps control home functions through the RueJai Home Panel, utilizing the RueJai OS developed by SC.
The Pulse of the Home
Monitors various abnormal statuses of the home, such as electrical short circuits, abnormal humidity levels, and air quality, alerting residents using sensor and IoT technology.
And artificial intelligence, in collaboration with Valken Coalition Co., Ltd., to develop a Speech AI-NLP (Natural Language Processing) system and AI on Home OS, creating the first voice-command learning system in Thailand.
- Living Solutions For Good Mornings
As a leading Living Solutions Provider, customers will receive after-sales care and automatically become members of RueJai Club, enjoying convenience from one-time and monthly subscription services for home health checks and comprehensive maintenance, along with SC Able, a subsidiary managing property management for both horizontal and vertical developments across 28 projects.
Mr. Natthapong concluded, "In 2021, the company aims for sales of 20 billion baht and revenue of 19 billion baht, which will come from a total of 69 projects for sale this year, with a total project value of 57.5 billion baht, including 11 new projects valued at 17 billion baht, comprising 8 horizontal projects worth 9 billion baht and 3 vertical projects worth 8 billion baht."
